About Gotham Caterers

Founded in November 2002 by Lauren Braun Costello, Gotham Caterers is a private caterer in New York City specializing in small dinner parties, cocktail parties, high teas, lunches, brunches and other intimate gatherings. In addition to gourmet catering and chef services, Gotham Caterers also provides cooking lessons, event planning, and event coordination.

A native New Yorker and lifelong food enthusiast, Lauren launched Gotham Caterers to be "the intimate entertaining resource" for New York City hosts. With a simple goal in mind - to bring party planning and exceptional food to the client at a reasonable cost - Lauren has catered a variety of special events all over the tri-state area, including:
